Primal Force refers and responds to the Columbian Expostion (1893 World’s Fair) as a major turning point to industrial optimism in the United States. THe installation includes three audio componenets inspired by the Eposition and its futur eimpact: the sound of electricty, recordings from an old fashioned oil rig, and an automated voice.
